These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phl99 ("phl99," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phl99 online gaming platform accessible at phl99.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the phl99 Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phl99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Service.

To register and use the phl99 Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

phl99 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with phl99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, phl99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits associated with them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

For Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, phl99 may request the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or equivalent);
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document displaying your name and address);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account name, bank statement header);
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable AML regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. phl99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login information. Notify phl99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

phl99 accepts deposits through the following payment channels available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds transferred from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and full investigation. This applies equally to GCash transfers: the GCash account name must match your registered phl99 account name.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your phl99 account. phl99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which phl99 accepts no liability.

Deposits are credited to your phl99 balance as follows: GCash and Maya — immediately upon successful transfer; Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) — within 15 to 30 minutes during normal banking hours; 7-Eleven CLiQQ — upon confirmation of in-store payment, typically within 30 minutes.

Players may request withdrawal of their account balance subject to the following conditions: (a) the account has completed KYC verification; (b) all wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been fully met; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold (₱100 for most methods); and (d) the account is in good standing with no open investigations.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where multiple deposit methods have been used, phl99 may apply a pro-rata withdrawal policy. All withdrawals are paid to accounts registered in the name of the account holder only — third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash — within 30 minutes for verified accounts; Maya — within 30 minutes; Bank transfers — 1 to 3 business hours. VIP tier members receive priority processing within the above timeframes. phl99 does not guarantee processing times in circumstances beyond its control, including payment system outages or bank processing delays.

phl99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds thresholds established under phl99's AML policy, or where the source of funds requires further review.

phl99 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits.

General Bonus conditions applicable to all phl99 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• One bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address per promotion period, unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder for whom they were issued — transfer of bonuses between accounts is prohibited;
• phl99 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus that has been obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• phl99 may modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the phl99 Service:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false identity or age information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phl99 games or systems;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions — any winnings obtained through technical errors are void and subject to cancellation;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with phl99's software, security measures, or technical infrastructure;
• Accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, including through VPN services designed to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phl99 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phl99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. phl99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phl99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phl99 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party payment system outages may temporarily affect Service availability. phl99 will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore Service availability promptly.

phl99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit phl99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of phl99 to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
